Over 25 years of this stuff means that, at one time or another, I’ve been in your shoes. I know what you’re up against, and how many plates you’re spinning. When I was in your position, all I wanted was for someone to come in and tell me which ones I could leave, which ones I could smash, and which ones actually needed spinning harder.
So that’s what I do now.
I make metaphors about plates, sometimes cars, and music.
And I bring some stability and focus to what you’re doing so that you can match your ambition, and finally start growing your business.
We might not do it all at once. We prefer to do it once. And do it right.
