pjm:digital launched in early 2017 as an independent eCommerce consultancy. Since then the business has evolved to offer many of the services of a much larger agency, backed up with 25 years experience in retail and eCommerce. The majority of those years were spent client-side, building and developing online businesses for big UK and as part of bigger international teams. So we know many of the challenges that businesses face, because we’ve already overcome a lot of them.
We have an honest approach and like to keep things simple. We believe we can help your business grow online by delighting your customers and delivering a robust ROI to your business.
What We do.
Our consultancy services range from project and team management, exploring and defining digital marketing and trading strategies as well agency selection and management for huge website re-platforming projects.
Alongside this we provide hands-on support to help you put these strategies into action to deliver against your objectives. We specialise in Shopify websites for smaller to mid size clients as well as other platforms such as BigCommerce. We work with preferred partners in the Magento/Adobe Commerce ecosystem too, often operating between them and their client to help manage and prioritise their development pipeline to drive their strategy forward. We support clients with other elements of web design, content planning and development, email marketing, PPC and SEO, user experience and social media. We are a team of specialists that come together to focus on your ROI and to help you do digital, better.
