Help grow the online sales for a Skipton based arts supplies business as well as grow footfall to their popular retail store. Also support them and their development agency to prioritise and action key technical and user facing improvements to their Magento website.
The Brief.
Due to the proximity of our location and previous connections in our agency network, we were already well aware of The Art Shop Skipton, so when they came to us to discuss how we could support grow their eCommerce business we were really pleased to be given the opportunity to show what we could do. They had a new website planned as their transitioned from Magento 1 to Magento 2. Alongside this, they felt some of their digital marketing was under performing and asked us to review this.
Our work therefore took two strands, which have continued since. Firstly, we manage their paid search activity and continue to build this as a key acquisition channel. We also support them as a technical bond between them and their development agency. Here we help them prioritise and manage their development roadmap on an ongoing basis.
